In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the ak667 website accessible at ak667.app and all associated subdomains. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, financial transaction, promotional, and support services made available to registered players. "Account" means a player's individual registered account including their balance, bonus wallet, transaction history, and personal details. "Funds" means both real-money balances and bonus balances held in a player's account. "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification as required before the first withdrawal. "Wagering Requirement" and "Rollover" are used interchangeably to mean the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

If a duplicate account is detected, ak667 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein, including both real-money and bonus funds. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password of at least 8 characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ak667 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ak667 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal from their account. This identity verification process, known as KYC, requires you to submit a clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID). Additional documents may be requested in cases where identity cannot be confirmed from the NID alone. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests will not be processed. Providing false, forged, or misleading documents during the KYC process is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Deposits to your ak667 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ak667, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference.
• ak667 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for any deposit in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the deposit being held pending investigation.

Withdrawals from your ak667 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the player's own name, after successful KYC completion.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times may vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable conditions may be requested for withdrawal.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail. ak667 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

The wagering requirement for a bonus specifies how many times the bonus amount (or, in some promotions, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The following additional conditions apply to all bonus wagering:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of abuse of the Platform's bonus or promotional systems.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency to restrict or close the account.

All content available on the ak667 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, text, graphics, game layouts, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ak667 or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal entertainment. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform's content. Unauthorised use of any Platform content will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak667 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Services, including loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, or any other commercial loss. ak667 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, payment provider outages, force majeure events, or government action. Nothing in this clause shall limit ak667's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. ak667's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ak667 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change to these Terms materially affects a player's rights or obligations, ak667 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of the change by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you continue to use the Platform after any amendment has taken effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with an amendment, your sole remedy is to cease use of the Platform and close your account by contacting the customer support team.
